Intensive Treatment Mobility Service (ITMS) is a clinical team who conducts on site sessions within the individual's home community in order to consult and assist the team who is currently serving the individual. The goals of ITMS are to provide consultation, assessments, training, and ongoing support to the current team to ensure the maintenance of current placement or assist in the transition to a community based placement.

Photo OMNI will utilize Evidence Based Treatments (EBP) consistent with the presenting problems to assure the integration of physical health care treatment associated with any client referred. The OMNI approach is multi disciplinary in nature; information will be collected from all individuals involved in the client's life including school, work, community, peers, family, and self. Upon referral, OMNI will complete a bio psycho-social to evaluate the individual in his/her living and working environments. Data will then be collected to determine the function of the behavior(s) in order to compose and implement an Intervention Strategy Plan. The Intervention Strategy Plan will include a functional analysis, acceleration and deceleration procedures and formal and informal supports within their environments.

Individuals that Qualify for ITMS services include those:
  • Who display behavioral challenges or other maladaptive behaviors
  • Who have been identified as developmentally disabled by the State of Nebraska
  • In danger of losing placement in their current environment
  • Whose treatment teams are in need of assistance in evaluating behaviors and assistance in designing programs to extinguish maladaptive behaviors

To Obtain ITMS services:
  • Identified state designee sends referral information to OMNI Behavioral Health
  • Referral packet information must be complete (Incident reports, behavioral and mental health information, psychological reports, bio-psycho-social reports, medical reports)
