Intensive Treatment Mobility Service Intensive Family Preservation Eating Disorder Clinic Outpatient Therapy Foster Care Group Home Care



An Intensive In-Home Intervention To:

  • Maintain permanency
  • Increase personal/community safety
  • Improve self-sufficiency
  • Improve mental functioning and stabilize mental illness
  • Preserve placements (bio-home, foster care, shelter)
  • Transitional independent living training/support
  • Individual and family therapy
  • Home-based setting
  • Services will be determined based on family need
  • Goals will be individualistic based on the issues of the individual and/or family
  • In-home evaluation and consultation

    The OMNI staff will enter the family's home and other naturally occurring environments (school, church, community, daycare, etc.) to work with the individual/family.

    **Crisis assistance is available through consultation, problem solving, on location (if necessary) 24 hours per day, seven days a week while the individual/family is receiving therapeutic services through OMNI.

    Reuniting Families Successfully From:
