With the increasing research evidence suggesting that empirically-supported treatments and interventions need to be
employed in the mental health care of youth and families, the leadership of OMNI Behavioral Health has been advancing the use of empirically-based
treatment for all persons receiving care through any of the services offered by OMNI Behavioral Health. As an organization, we desire and promote
healthy life experiences and positive outcomes for all young people. Stated more broadly across five dimensions, children and/or families should:
- Be free from psychopathology
- Function well at home, school, work, and in the community
- Experience positive quality of life
- Benefit from a supportive environment within the family, at school, with peers, and in the neighborhood
- Receive care in the least restrictive, least intrusive environment possible
